Building Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems around the world for over
3 decades

ISE Ltd. develops and manufactures Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV's) for several applications and uses.
Please contact us for more information - info@ise.bc.ca. We'd be pleased to hear from you!
ROVs have been used to advantage to support operations related to marine accidents for location, inspection and recovery. Typical examples are TWA 800, Air India and Swiss Air 111
The use of ROVs as platforms to support real time critter observation & mid water benthic is now well evolved. Other science applications include chemical Oceanography, rock coring and the study of thermal vents. Typical examples of science ROVs include those located at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, the Canadian Submersible Science Foundation and in the Japan Marine Science and Technology Center.
There has been spectacular growth in numbers of and the bandwidth of marine cables. This has in turn lead to a substantial growth in the number of maintenance ROVs operating world wide. You'll see the cable trackers on the HYSUB 150HP images below or contact us at info@ise.bc.ca for details you require.
Product Line:
ISE has two main ROV product lines: HYSUB and TrailBlazer vehicles.
HYSUB
TRAILBLAZER
The HYSUB defines an electro-hydraulic submersible family in the range of 6 to 250HP. Several HYSUBs have been designed and built to operate to depths of 6000m. HYSUBs are generally equipped with 2 MAGNUM manipulators. Vehicles may be live-boated or cage deployed.
Mine Countermeasures ROVs; TrailBlazers come in 10, 25 and 30 horsepower configurations and 300, 500, 1500 meter depth ratings. TrailBlazer is currently in operation with the Canadian Navy.
These vehicles are provided with real time telemetry and control.
Additional information and photos on selected vehicles are found by following the links of the respective vehicles listed below.
