Telephone Cable Servicing

ROVs have been used to advantage to support operations related to marine accidents for location, inspection and recovery. Typical examples are TWA 800, Air India and Swiss Air 111 The use of ROVs as platforms to support real time critter observation & mid water benthic is now well evolved. Other science applications include chemical Oceanography, rock coring and the study of thermal vents. Typical examples of science ROVs include those located at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, the Canadian Submersible Science Foundation and in the Japan Marine Science and Technology Center. There has been spectacular growth in numbers of and the bandwidth of marine cables. This has in turn lead to a substantial growth in the number of maintenance ROVs operating world wide. You'll see the cable trackers on the HYSUB 150HP images below or contact us at info@ise.bc.ca for details you require.

Product Line:

ISE has two main ROV product lines: HYSUB and TrailBlazer vehicles.
